Our Current Projects

Architectural home design begins with a conceptual phase where the designer explores ideas that reflect the client’s needs, the site’s context, and a design philosophy.

These concept designs are often expressed through sketches, mood boards, and 3D models—tools that help visualize space, form, and function at a high level. The goal is to capture the essence of the home: its flow, atmosphere, and interaction with the environment.

Once the concept is refined and approved, it transitions into the documentation phase.

Here, the vision becomes concrete. Detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and specifications are produced. These documents are essential—they guide construction, communicate with engineers and contractors, and ensure compliance with building codes.

In essence, concept becomes craft, and the initial creative spark is translated into a buildable reality through careful planning and technical precision.
